This is a wide ranging and secretive rebellion against High King Tenzu IV. It has several decentralized cells, that do not seem to know much about one another in order to keep them all safe. It may be headquartered in Panthia.
The formerly Imprisoned Dwarves led us to one of the cells at Gathol~Tûm.
Thanks to Huckleberry’s blunt questioning we know that they are against the enslavement of dwarves by High King Tenzu IV.
They seem to be moving people/ supplies in deep underground networks that span the planet.
