Located in The Emerald Vale. It is an old abandoned Owlin outpost, which was built hundreds of years ago. Outside the outpost, remnants of what appear to be old debris from a Neogi vessel crash lie scattered in the meadows nearby.
Echo Dawn Silvertail of Feather-Hoot was born and here and discovered by Elder Quillon, who was the last remaining Owlin after the invasion. He passed away hundreds of years ago, but has left many notes and books regarding Owlin culture, the astral planes, and a random assortment of textbooks for Echo in the outpost.
